BusinessOS by JetSynapse AI

The next step.
And who owns it.

A managed customer follow-up and visibility system for owner-led local service businesses.

We install and maintain one agreed customer path, so your team can see what came in, who is responsible, and what happens next.

One business. One location. One primary customer path.

Before you choose a system

A useful fit starts with one real path.

BusinessOS may fit when…

  • Inquiries or estimates are coming in, but ownership of the follow-up is unclear.
  • You can name one path worth improving and someone on your team to own its actions.
  • You want help installing and maintaining that path, with required monthly service.

A simpler change may be enough.

If the process is already clear and your team can maintain it, a shared list or your current software may do the job. If you mainly need more leads, a new website or a fully outsourced sales team, this baseline is a different piece of work.

01 / The customer path

An estimate sent.
A follow-up owned.

A customer asks for a repair estimate. The office sends it. The customer has not replied. Here is how the agreed path can keep that next step visible.

Open the steps to follow this fictional example. Entry points and responsibilities depend on your written scope.

Step 01 of 04 · The request

01Give the request a place.Repair estimate requested

The inquiry enters through an agreed entry point. The request and the information needed to follow up are recorded in the selected path.

The team can see what came in.

02Name the person responsible.Office team assigned

The office team owns preparing and sending the estimate. Responsibility stays with a named person or team as the request moves forward.

The next action has an owner.

03Keep the next action visible.Estimate awaiting a reply

After sending the estimate, the office team checks that it was received and records the response. The agreed follow-up remains visible until the team updates the path.

An open estimate has a next step.

04Review what needs attention.Included in the monthly review

During the monthly review, we look at supported information about open items, ownership and next actions. We report blockers and recommend covered upkeep or an eligible adjustment where justified.

The owner can see what needs a decision.

Your team still handles its assigned actions. Customer decisions and results remain outside the system’s control.

02 / What we install

Start with one path.
Define it properly.

The proposal names the included entry points, follow-up steps, responsibilities and checks for one business, one location and one primary customer path.

01The entry points
The agreed places an inquiry can enter, with the details your team needs to respond.
02The handoffs
Who owns each step, what follows it, and where the team records the next action.
03The booking or estimate route
The selected route from an inquiry to the agreed next step, with the relevant information carried forward.
04The owner’s view
Visibility into open items, assigned responsibilities and next actions for that path.
05The checks before use
A walkthrough of the agreed process, verified handoffs and your team’s responsibilities before live access.

Your part in the path

The system supports the team.

We work on the agreed setup and its visibility. Your people still carry the customer relationship and make the decisions.

  • Name the person or team responsible for each agreed next action.
  • Provide accurate information and the scoped inputs needed for the installation.
  • Respond to customers, record what happened and keep open work up to date.
  • Review the agreed examples with us before live use, and tell us when the process changes.

03 / Monthly Steward

The work continues
after installation.

Monthly service keeps the agreed path under review, with a report, covered upkeep and support.

BusinessOS combines installation with required monthly service. An active subscription is required for live BusinessOS access.

How service begins
Review

Look at the path.

One Customer Path Health Review looks at supported information about open items, ownership, next actions and blockers.

Report

Know what needs attention.

One Customer Path Health Report summarizes findings and the next decisions. Missing information is identified.

Maintain

Care for the agreed setup.

Covered upkeep, in-scope corrections and support follow the route and limits in your service agreement.

Improve

Make a considered adjustment.

Review one improvement decision and, when approved and eligible, one minor adjustment within the existing scope and monthly allowance. Changes are checked afterward. Larger work is quoted separately.

Getting started

Agreed first.
Then installed and reviewed.

  1. 01 / Map + Assign

    Agree the scope.

Your proposal defines the selected path, responsibilities, fees and delivery checkpoints. Required signatures and verified cleared setup payment begin onboarding. Setup payment does not start monthly billing or live access.

  2. 02 / Install + Verify

    Build and check the path.

Once the required inputs and scoped access are complete, we install the agreed setup, verify the handoffs and review it with your team. Required corrections and checks come before live-ready approval.

  3. 03 / Steward

    Begin monthly service.

After live-ready approval and your separate monthly authorization, monthly service is activated. Live access is released separately after the required activation and access checks.

Before you decide

Who is BusinessOS for?

Owner-led local service businesses with inquiries or estimates to follow up on, and a team that needs clearer ownership of the next step. We start with one important customer path.

Will I need to replace my current tools?

We look at what you already use before proposing changes. Connections, compatibility and any replacement work must be confirmed in the agreed scope.

What does my team still need to do?

Your team provides accurate information, handles its assigned actions and records what happened. BusinessOS supports visibility and follow-up; it does not guarantee that every inquiry is captured or that a booking or revenue result follows.

What does monthly support cover?

Support covers the agreed path through the route in your service agreement, alongside covered upkeep and in-scope corrections. Support hours, response targets and the minor-adjustment allowance are defined in writing. New paths and substantial changes require separate scope.

Can I purchase installation on its own?

Live BusinessOS access requires the monthly subscription. The installation and recurring service are agreed together, with separate monthly authorization after installation review.

How are fees and extra work agreed?

Your proposal sets out activation, required monthly service and any separately agreed add-ons or usage charges before you decide. Work outside the existing scope is quoted separately.
