McNaughton Development · Prior client work

Inside the
McNaughton build.

Two communities. Two customer journeys. One need to make the next step clear.

JetSynapse created campaign assets, dedicated pages and inquiry paths for Hidden Oak in Highland Park and Deer Trail of Long Grove.

What this project shows.

This is a look at prior JetSynapse implementation work. It shows what was created around an inquiry, not BusinessOS customer results or a claim that JetSynapse caused home sales.

The two paths

Built around the
community’s next step.

01 / Highland Park

Hidden Oak

A dedicated community presentation connected to booking and confirmation pages. The saved implementation also included reminders and appointment and walk-in check-in paths.

02 / Long Grove

Deer Trail of Long Grove

Educational pages and a qualification flow around semi-custom building, timeline and budget. The presentation gave the inquiry a community-specific starting point.

These are historical project-page captures. Prices and availability shown in them are not a current inventory offer or verified sale prices.

Behind the pages

Attention is the start.
The handoff is the work.

The project included connected pieces around the customer journey. Each serves a different job.

  1. 01

    Introduce the community.

Campaign copy, carousel artwork, and landscape and vertical video assets gave each community a presentation of its own.

  2. 02

    Give interest a destination.

Dedicated landing pages explained the community and directed visitors toward qualification or booking.

  3. 03

    Carry the next step forward.

Confirmation pages, reminder sequences and internal routing were configured around the inquiry and appointment path.

  4. 04

    Record what happened.

Appointment records, pipeline stages and check-in paths offered different views of activity. Those views needed reconciliation rather than being treated as the same event.

This describes the saved assets and configuration. It does not establish that every configured message or action delivered successfully.

What carried forward

Know what happened
after the booking.

An inquiry, a booking, an attended showing and a sale are different events. A useful customer path keeps those distinctions clear and gives someone responsibility for the next action.

The lesson informs how we explain follow-up today. It does not turn a residential campaign into a BusinessOS performance claim.

What supports this account?

The project review used supplied campaign assets, page captures and documents, together with recorded inspection of the saved customer journey. This page keeps to the implementation scope supported by that review.

It does not publish customer identities, calculate a show rate, claim campaign-driven sales or attribute community sellouts to JetSynapse.

For your business

Start with the path
you use today.

BusinessOS focuses on one agreed customer follow-up path for an owner-led local service business.

A useful distinction

Look past the booking total.

What was built, what was configured and what happened for a customer are different questions. Read the measurement guide for a practical way to keep them separate.
